The festival will take place in Kraków from October 1 - 8.

Unsound Festival have announced that the theme for this year’s event will be DADA, the early 20th century movement that “rejected ideas of progress, logic and rationality in favour of nonsense, outrage and radicalism”.

To assist with the absurdism, the festival has employed an Artificially Intelligent Artistic Director (AIAD).

"I am excited to use my abilities,” says AIAD, “to assist the team in creating a festival program that is both relevant and thought-provoking, and that reflects the spirit of the Dada movement."

As part of the DADA theme, AIAD has created an open call for a series for the music and performance programme, entitled “In(ter)ventions.” Click here for more information.
