Eden Samara’s debut album “Rough Night” features TSVI, Loraine James, and Call Super

The LP is scheduled for a November 1 release via Local Action.

Eden Samara’s forthcoming debut album Rough Night features TSVI, Loraine James, Call Super, Peach, and Shanti Celeste on production duty. The eight-track album is being released via London imprint Local Action on November 1.

"Rough Night offers eight scenes that through music tells my own ‘coming of age’ story," the Canadian artist says. "I think well into our adulthood we still go through cycles of losing ourselves and finding ourselves again, so the album encompasses a cycle of growing pains, then coming out the other end where one might appear the same but inside something has shifted.

"The first scene opens on my headspace at the beginning of the album. The following scenes capture moments in time - falling in love, self-acceptance, loss, sex and sexuality, confusion, and arriving back at the beginning.”

In 2021, Samara featured on two of the most acclaimed albums of the year: Parris’ Skater’s World and Loraine James’ Reflection.
